The service is an attractive offer when recruiting new hosts and is a key resource in retaining hosts and maintaining the stability of placements. It is a proactive tool to support the emotional resilience of your hosts and supporting them in times of crisis. Therefore, reducing the need for rematching or the provision of emergency accommodation.

The service is provided as an annual membership that you commission for your hosts. Your hosts can then access the services directly, accessing them by telephone or the digital well-being platform. The service runs independently and requires no direct input from the local authority in its day-to-day operational running.

We will provide you with a template service level agreement and data sharing agreement for you to have authorised. In addition, you will need to have us approved as a supplier for your organisation and have a Purchase Order Number. We will support you throughout this process.

The launch process is very simple. We provide you with a template e-mail to send to all hosts, they are then able to sign up to the service themselves. It is that easy. We will also offer you a virtual open evening event that you can invite host to, at this event we will explain the service and how to get the most from all that is on offer. We provide publicity material that can easily be shared in emails and newsletters for hosts.

You will have a dedicated account manager. They will support you with the promotion of the service providing time, resources, and imagination to help you engage your hosts in making the most of the service. Your account manager can also support you with information regarding the level of engagement of your hosts. We can also virtually attend team meetings to explain the service to promote effective sign posting.

As a team we will be very happy to attend any meetings with senior management to explain the service and answer questions. In addition, we can provide you with resources that can be shared with others by e-mail to explain the service offer clearly and comprehensively.
